Spam Control Team
Spam Control is a dedicated team who watch the posts on the site and look out for anything that is not proper to the org.
The objectives of Spam Control are to protect the members from being scammed or spammed and report inappropriate posts to the relevant group outreach assistant and generally watch the site for anything that should not be there.
If a member or moderator spots a scam or spam type post they can email spamcontrol@freecycle.org and we will investigate the members' concerns, reporting back to them and taking any necessary actions.
Chris and Shaz head up the Spam Control Team and report to the Information Coordinator.
