The Freecycle Network takes your privacy very seriously, as well as your ability to change your personal settings as regards your own data protection.
Here’s how:
- You choose when to share your personal contact information with responders to your posts on Freecycle.org.
- Only other authorized members may reply to any posts.
- Each local group is run and moderated by a trained volunteer who keeps things family friendly and secure from spammers and scammers.
- Freecycle.org is securely encrypted using the HTTPS Internet protocol.
- The Freecycle Network never shares your personal information with third-party advertisers.
To delete your account log in to Freecycle.org and follow these instructions.
