Getting Immediate Help
Your best first stop for getting help is to contact your local group volunteer moderation. You may find this contact information, i.e. the email address for these moderators, posted at the top of each local group on Freecycle.org (regardless of whether the group is located on site or is a Yahoo Group). Click here for an example of where this email address may be found. Do not write the Sample mods of course, but rather look up the same address for your local group. :-) Otherwise, for an automated information response, please write the central info@freecycle.org email address.
