If you are experiencing technical difficulties (log in or password problems) on the Freecycle site, you have a few options available to you. Here is the web site once again: http://my.freecycle.org/
The first step is to make certain your 'cookies' are not stale. So let's get rid of the old ones and make some new ones.
You will need to delete the cookies from your computer. I am including a link that tells you how to do this.
Follow the instructions for the Internet browser that you use.

Then..... request another temporary password using this link: http://my.freecycle.org/forgottenpassword
Scroll down to the portion that states "I'm not sure if I can":
