Getting Immediate Help
- Contact your volunteer local moderator as your best first stop for getting help. You will find a "Contact Box" at the top of each local group on Freecycle.org (regardless of whether the group is located on site or is a Yahoo Group). You must be logged in to access this box.
- For general support, please write the central general info email address.
- For specific technical support issues related to Freecycle.org, please write Freecycle Support.
- For concerns regarding your Data Protection, please go here.
Remember that all support addresses are run by volunteers and allow time accordingly for them to respond. :-)
