What about bouncing members?
According to most people, a member will be bouncing if an email sent to them is returned with a 5xx 'permanent' error code (RFC1893)
According to Yahoo!, a member is bouncing if the coin lands on 'heads' (well, that's what it seems like, anyway...)
If a member is consistently bouncing with 'permanent' delivery errors, I'm all for closing their account. Having an active email address is a fundamental requirement (how else can we contact members?) even if they set themselves to 'Admins only'.
